Child abuse or a Hoax?
This video that popped up on LiveLeak and is making its way around the internet.
It appears to show a baby squirming while they give the small child a tattoo.
BUT... why isn't the baby crying?
If that tattoo gun were really touching the baby's skin, shouldn't it be crying hysterically?
Possible there is fake skin over him?
