Dexter is coming back for two new series following the early years of the serial killer and his son Harrison.
Showtime confirmed on Monday that 'Dexter: Origins,' which has gone straight to series, will follow Dexter Morgan, played originally by Michael C. Hall, as he graduates college and joins Miami Metro Police, while transitioning into a serial killer.
There is no info on who will play the young Dexter.
Showtime is also developing a new series from the 2021 reboot, 'Dexter: New Blood,' which 'will depict the ongoing emergence of Dexter’s son Harrison', who was revealed to have his own need to kill, after he witnessed the murder of his mother as a baby.
