Brooke Navarro knows the challenges of life with food allergies. Her mother, daughter and she herself have food allergies. She’s been frustrated with the lack of safe food options on the market for most of her life. Before starting Without A Trace Foods, Brooke spent more than a decade working on Wall Street. Prior to finance, Brooke was a local television news anchor. Her husband is a proud Tar Heel and Brooke was excited to take the opportunity to relocate to North Carolina to launch Without A Trace. She is a graduate of The George Washington University and earned her MBA at Columbia Business School. She grew up in Milwaukee and was inspired by her parents as small business owners – she always knew she wanted to start her own company one day. Without A Trace is backed by the NC IDEA Fund and the gener8tor accelerator. When she’s not working, Brooke enjoys spending time with her children (two kids and one dog), running, international travel and photography.
