...Baby One More Time Turns 20

What were you doing on January 12, 1999? Britney Spears was still denying that she was in a relationship with Justin Timberlake and she released her debut album.  Maybe you went to Media Play (remember those?) to get a copy of the CD (remember those?) ...Baby One More Time was highly anticipated as the song of the same name was released in October of the previous year.  The memorable video followed, with Britney dressed as a school girl.  Four more singles followed:  "Sometimes", "(You Drive Me) Crazy", "Born to Make You Happy", and "From the Bottom of My Broken Heart".  Check out some of the videos below.  Side note:  why would anyone ever deny being with Justin Timberlake?!?

...Baby One More Time-released October of 1998.  Some consider this to be her best song.

Born to Make You Happy-the fourth single from the album and a personal favorite of mine.

(You Drive Me) Crazy-the version used in the video is actually a remix, "Stop! Remix".  It was used in the movie, Drive Me Crazy starring Melissa Joan Hart and Adrian Grenier, who will go on to star in Entourage.
