Make Sure You Read The Temp Tattoo Before Applying

Kids love temporary tattoos.  We loved temporary tattoos when we were kids too.  But when Woody went to eh pool this weekend, his friend (as a reward for the child doing great things) applied a temporary tattoo pack to their kid's leg without really reading the words.
