Being a play-byplay announcer for some sports can be incredibly difficult. Then there is baseball play-by-play announcing. Usually the game is so slow that you have time to fill in the gaps with random thoughts and anecdotes about players and past games. But baseball also offers the play-by-play announcer the opportunity to be a part of the game. It happen to this guy as the baseball was fouled up and into the broadcast booth and the announcer makes the catch. The cool thing is that he doesn't miss anything on the call, giving himself kudos and more. Pretty cool that he also threw the ball to fan in the stands afterward! Check it out:
