Utah resident Keith Anderson certainly knows how to capitalize on a routine trip to the DMV. On Oct. 30, Anderson snapped a photo of an employee dressed up as a sloth for Halloween, and it's giving us some serious Zootopia vibes. Thankfully, Keith shared the photo on Facebook and it's been going utterly viral ever since.
