Today's Florida Man going National involves 70-year-old Robert Davis from Key Largo, who was busted for avoiding tolls, by using remote-controlled shields to block his license plates when driving by toll cameras.
Robert has been at it for quite sometime and kept getting away with it until about a week-and-a-half ago, when an off-duty Florida Highway Patrol officer randomly spotted the license plate shields in action at a toll plaza. Robert was arrested and has been charged with fraud and theft.
Someone managed to catch him in action back in June.
