From the time I greeted my first customer as a teller at the age of 17, to my current role as President & CEO, I have always valued putting the customer first. Throughout my career, I’ve had the unique opportunity to be a part of many significant milestones in the lives of our customers. From helping customers buy their first home, to starting a business or planning for retirement, it gives me a great sense of inspiration and pride to provide customers with the absolute best customer experience they can have.
