This story has a special place in my heart. You know I love me some Build-A-Bears and could not imagine what I would do if I ever lost one.
A mom recently discovered that her son had left his teddy bear, Sutro, at the Grand Hyatt Kauai. She reached out to the staff at the hotel to see if Sutro could be found. The housekeeping director responded with good news: Sutro, along with his buddy Kauai, were found safe and would be sent home. But first the two animals were treated to VIP treatment around the resort, spending time at the spa, at the pool, and finally checking out.
